Iconoplasm - gene character cards and browser extension

Iconoplasm maps 19,023 human gene symbols to memorable labelled character cards called blots. People may describe them as cartoon gene characters, anthropomorphized gene symbols, gene mnemonic art, or images for pathway character diagrams. Search by gene symbol or name, browse published human gene cards, or retrieve any canonical labelled blot directly at https://iconoplasm.brinedew.bio/blot/{HGNC_SYMBOL}.webp. The public image resolver is the advanced interface for normalizing identifiers and resolving bounded batches. Use the browser extension to recognize genes while reading papers, databases, and other biology pages. Published gene portrait and blot images are available under CC0 1.0 Universal; the image reuse policy defines the exact two covered image classes.
